Overview
Codezesk Technologies is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team remotely. This role focuses on expanding our client base and fostering long-term partnerships in the IT services sector, including Web Development, Mobile Apps, AI/ML Solutions, SaaS Products, and Custom Software Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Discover and generate new business leads via LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, networking, and other platforms.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential and current clients.
- Comprehend client needs and recommend appropriate IT solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimates.
- Lead client meetings, deliver presentations, and conduct product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals.
- Meet monthly and quarterly business goals.
- Maintain precise sales documentation and keep the CRM updated.
- Work together with project delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or IT Sales.
- Strong abilities in communication, negotiation, and presentations.
- Proven experience selling IT services such as Web and Mobile App Development, AI/ML, SaaS, or Custom Software.
- Practical experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, or comparable lead generation tools.
- Capability to handle the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
