Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify prospective leads
  • Manage outbound sales initiatives including face-to-face meetings with education administrators
  • Assess and understand client needs across universities and colleges
  • Conduct product presentations and ERP demonstrations both online and onsite
  • Organize and schedule meetings for the senior sales team
  • Maintain and update ZOHO CRM for leads, pipelines, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with technical and product teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements
  • Consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Experience in IT, software, SaaS, or B2B sales
