The role requires a professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in transport, cargo, or logistics sales and a graduation degree. The position focuses on driving sales growth and customer relationship management within the logistics field.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market analysis to identify and understand the needs of target customers.
- Effectively present and promote company services to potential customers.
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet company objectives.
- Perform field visits to generate leads and convert prospects into sales.
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly sales reports for monitoring progress.
- Support management efforts aimed at increasing overall sales performance.
- Draft and send commercial proposals to prospective clients.
- Undertake any additional duties assigned by management.
