About the Role
Netambit Value First Services Private Limited is seeking urgent hires for the position of Business Development Executive to operate primarily in various locations including Lucknow, Ghaziabad, Sitapur, Prayagraj, Bareilly, Lakhimpur Khiri, Kanpur, Ayodhya, and Agra. This role involves field executive responsibilities focused on onboarding merchants and conducting sales of QR code based smart box products at customer sites. The work location will be aligned with the candidate's current address to facilitate ease of commute.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively recruit and onboard merchants.
- Conduct routine visits to customer locations to promote and sell QR code smart box solutions.
- Engage in field marketing activities pertaining to mobile quick (Mobikwik) products.
- Achieve assigned sales targets to earn full salary benefits.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: 10th standard passed.
- Prior experience in related sales or field executive roles is mandatory.
- Possession of two-wheeler vehicle is compulsory for field mobility.
- Valid PAN card required for employment documentation.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary range from 21,000 to 25,000 INR as Cost to Company (CTC).
- Additional 2,000 INR provided as travel allowance (TA).
- Performance based promotions possible within three months.
- One day fixed weekly off on Sunday.
