About the Role
Arihant Publications, a leader in educational content with over two decades of dedicated service, invites fresh candidates to join as Business Development Executives. This role offers enriching exposure to various facets of sales management, strategic marketing, market analysis, and campaign execution. Strong command over MS Excel and English communication skills are essential to thrive and contribute effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Koncept Global Books' comprehensive school transformation solutions to catalyze business expansion.
- Develop and sustain relationships with school principals, coordinators, leaders, and decision influencers.
- Perform detailed market research and assess school requirements to uncover prevailing trends and new opportunities.
- Collect structured feedback from educational institutions and provide meaningful insights to the core team.
- Present and advocate for Koncept Global Books' products that enhance school growth and student learning achievements.
- Spot opportunities to broaden existing school collaborations with value-driven initiatives.
- Leverage market data, customer responses, and sales figures using MS Excel and CRM software for informed decision-making.
- Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, customer support, and transformation teams to implement school engagement strategies.
- Represent the company at school meetings, educational seminars, workshops, and conferences.
- Keep comprehensive records of school visits, stakeholder conversations, market insights, and potential business leads, while submitting reports punctually.
Candidate Requirements
- Located in or near Delhi, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, or Noida; applications from outside these areas will not be considered.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Strong spoken and written English communication abilities.
- Demonstrated interest in sales and marketing fields.
- Capability to conduct market research and analyze data effectively.
