Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive field sales efforts within the educational sector. The position involves identifying potential leads, engaging directly with schools and customers, nurturing professional relationships, and meeting established sales goals. The role requires local travel and offers an opportunity for professional development in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads from educational institutions and related sectors.
- Engage face-to-face with schools and customers to understand their requirements and promote our offerings.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term business partnerships.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets through diligent fieldwork.
- Perform local travel as necessary to meet customers and support business expansion.
Candidate Requirements
- Must have completed any graduation degree.
- Previous experience in field sales or EdTech sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, ideally fluent in English and regional languages such as Telugu and Hindi.
Compensation and Growth
- Starting salary of 380,000 to 420,000 INR per annum.

Primary location: Kurnool, India.
