Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst to become an integral part of our expanding team based in Riyadh. This position involves close collaboration with clients and internal colleagues to accurately identify business needs, document specifications, and help ensure the delivery of top-tier software solutions.

Key Duties

• Engage with stakeholders to collect and examine business requirements.
• Develop concise and well-organized Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).
• Craft User Stories and define Acceptance Criteria.
• Design straightforward wireframes to facilitate requirement discussions.
• Work jointly with Product Managers, Designers, Developers, and QA teams throughout project phases.
• Integrate AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to enhance documentation efficiency and quality assurance.

Candidate Profile

• Approximately two years of Business Analyst experience within software project environments.
• Saudi Arabian citizenship is mandatory.
• Exemplary communication abilities paired with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in preparing both business and functional documentation.
• Comfortable leading client conversations and facilitating requirements discussions.
• Familiarity with AI technologies like ChatGPT or Claude is highly desirable.
