Position Summary

The Address Collective seeks a Breakfast Chef to become a key member of our Kitchen Team. This role demands overseeing the preparation, cooking, and service of breakfast meals, ensuring the highest quality while strictly adhering to food hygiene standards as mandated by HACCP guidelines.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast dishes on order, guaranteeing they meet established quality standards before serving.
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen tasks, ensuring full compliance with HACCP regulations.
• Manage ordering responsibilities when required to maintain kitchen inventory.
• Handle the receipt and inspection of deliveries efficiently.

Candidate Profile

• At least 2 years of experience working in a hotel or restaurant kitchen environment.
• Capability to perform effectively under demanding, fast-paced kitchen conditions.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP food safety standards.
• Expertise in food preparation, production, hygiene, and a customer-focused approach.
• Attention to detail in menu preparation and ordering processes.
