- Manage and implement the Digital Delivery strategy, driving innovation and advising clients and supply chains on evolving technologies, asset performance, and operational needs.
- Demonstrate strong technical expertise in multi-disciplinary model federation, clash detection, and BIM coordination workflows, integrating various vendor, ride, tenant, and theming models beyond core architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Chair BIM coordination meetings, digital workshops, and lessons learned sessions; oversee inter-disciplinary design checks and monitor implementation performance utilizing Power BI and other online tools.
- Utilize BIM capabilities for 4D and 5D scheduling/cost support as well as visual and quantitative analysis of design and value engineering options.
- Establish and enforce BIM quality assurance processes including model validation, clash report generation, QA log maintenance, and coordination of corrective measures.
- Create, review, enforce, and update comprehensive BIM Execution Plans at the programme level, ensuring conformity to standards, naming conventions, Levels of Development (LOD), and data exchange protocols.
- Define and manage a Common Data Environment (CDE)-based workflow for BIM data exchange involving all consultants and contractors, including version control and attribute standards.
- Oversee the delivery of as-built BIM and facilities management data, ensuring proper asset data structuring and integration with client FM systems.
- Provide flexible coverage for BIM Coordinator responsibilities when required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management from a recognized university.
- At least 8 to 10 years of professional experience post-graduation, including a minimum of 5 years as a BIM Manager or Coordinator on major multi-disciplinary projects.
- Proficient with Autodesk Forma (ACC), Navisworks, Revit, 4D, 5D, as well as augmented and virtual reality technologies.
