BFSI Sourcing Specialist

About the Role

This position is focused on finding and engaging suitable candidates for hiring needs in the BFSI sector. The role sits within a recruitment setup that supports clients by identifying talent quickly and accurately while keeping the candidate journey smooth and professional.

What You Will Do

• Identify potential candidates for BFSI openings using job boards, social networks, referrals, and other sourcing methods.
• Review resumes and carry out early-stage candidate evaluation.
• Coordinate with applicants about job opportunities and interview timings.
• Update and manage candidate databases along with recruitment tracking tools.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and upcoming hiring needs.
• Support a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the selection process.

Who Can Apply

This opportunity is open to graduates from any discipline. Freshers are eligible, and candidates with up to 12 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing may also be considered. A genuine interest in recruitment and talent acquisition is important for this role.

Additional Information

The compensation offered for this role is INR 2,00,000 to INR 2,50,000 per year.
