About the Role
This position is focused on finding and engaging suitable candidates for hiring needs in the BFSI sector. The role sits within a recruitment setup that supports clients by identifying talent quickly and accurately while keeping the candidate journey smooth and professional.
What You Will Do
- Identify potential candidates for BFSI openings using job boards, social networks, referrals, and other sourcing methods.
- Review resumes and carry out early-stage candidate evaluation.
- Coordinate with applicants about job opportunities and interview timings.
- Update and manage candidate databases along with recruitment tracking tools.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and upcoming hiring needs.
- Support a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the selection process.

Additional Information
