The Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in enhancing customer experiences and driving commercial success. You will help cultivate a motivating team culture that promotes development, engagement, and high performance, while delivering operational excellence and focusing on store growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop a workplace culture that encourages growth, leadership, and team excellence.
- Drive outstanding customer service standards to elevate the shopping experience and strengthen business outcomes.
- Utilize your commercial insight to identify sales opportunities and solutions that benefit the store and customers.
- Assist in managing store scheduling and payroll to meet budget and productivity goals.
- Promote and engage the team in Cotton On Group Foundation initiatives that create meaningful community impact.
