About the Role and Company

We're searching for a committed Admissions Officer to become part of our Digital division, helping guide students to achieve their educational aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate proactive outreach by calling assigned leads using Salesforce while maintaining precise and current records of all communications.
• Meet daily targets of dialing at least 150 calls, with 40 connected calls to engage with potential students effectively.
• Schedule a minimum of five visits, whether branch visits, home demonstrations, or virtual Zoom demos to prospective students.
• Conduct at least eight distinct interactions weekly via branch visits, home visits, or Zoom calls.
• Consistently achieve weekly goals to reach monthly admission targets, ensuring compliance with the company's policies.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Demonstrable experience in roles involving business development, sales, or similar functions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with prospects.
• Outcome-driven approach with capability to operate independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Additional Information

The position is based in Kolkata with a hybrid work model and includes a rotational weekly off schedule. Reporting is to the Team Lead of Field Sales in the Digital division.
