Admission Counsellor

About the Role

Aakash Educational Services Limited (AESL) is seeking an Admission Counsellor to assist students and their parents in understanding various academic programs such as NEET, JEE, and Foundation courses. The role involves explaining course benefits and guiding prospective students through the admission process to achieve enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide detailed counselling to students and parents about course options and career prospects.
• Assess student requirements and suggest appropriate programs.
• Clarify details about course structure, fees, scholarships, and batch schedules.
• Manage walk-in visitors, responding promptly to telephone and online inquiries.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with potential candidates to drive admissions.
• Ensure accurate data entry and management within the CRM system.
• Meet monthly and quarterly admission goals by converting inquiries into confirmed enrollments.
• Collaborate with academic and operational teams to facilitate smooth onboarding of new students.
• Build strong relationships and effectively address questions or concerns from students and parents to uphold the organization's reputation.
• Support marketing efforts by participating in seminars, school visits, education fairs, and scholarship examinations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Any graduate degree.
• 1 to 6 years of experience preferably in education counselling or sales roles.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation capabilities.
• Proficiency in persuasion, negotiation, and maintaining a results-focused approach.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and CRM software.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and parents.

Additional Information

This position offers a monthly salary ranging from 35000 to 85000 INR. The role is based in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, and requires on-site presence.
