Role Overview

The company is hiring for a full-time Admin/Receptionist position at its head office in Kolkata. The role requires managing daily administrative tasks, handling communications and client relations, conducting data analysis and reporting, with a strong emphasis on proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily administrative operations efficiently.
Manage communications and maintain positive client relationships.
Analyze data and prepare detailed reports as required.
Use MS Excel proficiently for documentation and data management.

Qualifications and Requirements

At least a graduate degree is mandatory.
Fluent English communication skills are required.
Applicants should be under 40 years of age.
Strong skills in MS Excel are essential.
Experience in administration and client relationship management is preferred, with minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
