About the Role
Join First Focus, Australia's leading Managed Service Provider, as a Support Technician. This is an opportunity to work with a fast-growing, innovative team of over 300 employees across four countries, focusing on diverse technology platforms including desktop, servers, firewalls, cloud infrastructure, and AI tools. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve support tickets related to Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, and Exchange environments.
- Troubleshoot and maintain desktops, servers, firewalls, and networking infrastructures including LAN and WAN.
- Support cloud platforms such as Azure Active Directory, Entra, Hyper-V, Citrix, and AWS.
- Participate in project deployments and assist with implementation challenges.
- Balance remote service desk work with on-site client support as required.
- Work closely with senior engineers to ensure efficient, secure, and streamlined environments.
- Visit client locations with company-covered expenses including fuel, tolls, and parking.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Active Directory, particularly Azure AD with some on-premises experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Windows Server, Exchange, and cloud technologies.
- Comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure from desktop systems to firewalls and network configurations.
- Experience using ticketing systems and excellent communication skills to engage end-users effectively.
- Positive attitude combined with problem-solving enthusiasm.
- Possession of a valid Australian driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for onsite visits.
