Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately set up, record, and input approved drawings into the system progressively.
  • Create Material Certificate Records (MCR), secure approvals from customers and third parties, and generate traceability reference tables based on approved MCRs.
  • Ensure Computerised Inspection Requests (CIR) are recorded and entered into the system before conducting Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), if applicable.
  • Record and input Material Traceability Numbers progressively, referencing the material list from approved drawings and the MCR index.
  • Record and input NDT results on CIR once reviewed by the NDT coordinator.
  • Review and verify certification packages—including drawings, WHSS, MTN, NDT, PWHT, PMI, Ferrite, and Hardness test reports—for compliance with project requirements and obtain necessary approvals before submission to customers.
  • Prepare as-built dossier indexes in accordance with approved procedures for each project.
  • Compile all relevant documentation based on the as-built dossier index, producing both original hard copies and digital versions as required.
  • Reproduce as-built dossiers per project specifications.
  • Deliver as-built dossier hard and soft copies to project document control for final archiving.
  • Maintain excellent standards of safety, quality, and productivity, adhering to the company’s code of business conduct.
  • Execute certification tasks, including PCM data entry, documentation control, and dossier compilation for fabrication of project structures and piping.
  • Perform daily entry of welding log sheets, NDT results, and material traceability data into the PCM system.
  • Ensure project certification records are compiled accurately and maintain traceability throughout the process.
  • Submit certification packages to customers and certifying authorities for review and approval.

Required Qualifications

  • Completed senior high school education minimum.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe software.
