Our Port Lincoln store is seeking a full-time Store Manager eager to elevate their leadership capabilities by managing a vibrant retail team in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process for new team members.
- Coach and support the retail team to surpass store sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Address and resolve customer escalations effectively.
- Act as the Store Manager's deputy, stepping in as needed.
- Implement business strategies to achieve financial targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Motivate the team by fostering a positive and energetic store culture.
- Organize store floor operations and staff schedules to meet customer demand.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in retail leadership or assistant management roles.
- Proven capability in motivating and driving a retail team to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to develop rapport across diverse teams.
- Skilled in creative problem-solving and customer issue resolution.
- Excellent communication skills to support change management within the team.
