About the Role
Fleeke - The Merch Lab is expanding its print-on-demand and retail experience business, and this role is for a creative social media content maker who can shape the brand’s personality online. The position is based in Tiruppur Taluka, Tamil Nadu, India, and focuses on turning the brand’s day-to-day energy, products, and culture into engaging digital content.
What You Will Do
- Produce Instagram Reels, Stories, and feed posts that feel fresh, trend-aware, and aligned with the brand.
- Record and edit short-form videos using a mobile-first workflow.
- Document behind-the-scenes activity, team moments, production flow, and workplace culture.
- Build content plans around product drops, launches, gifting activities, and in-store retail experiences.
- Coordinate closely with the design, production, and marketing teams to keep messaging consistent.
- Convert everyday moments into engaging content that captures attention quickly.
What the Team Is Looking For
- Genuine interest in content creation, fashion, streetwear, and retail.
- Confidence being either on camera or behind the camera.
- Strong understanding of Instagram trends, hooks, transitions, and storytelling techniques.
- Working knowledge of Reels editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere, or InShot.
- Freshers with a strong creative eye and content instinct are encouraged to apply.
- Prior exposure to print-on-demand, fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands is an added advantage.
