Job description
Role Overview
This position involves comprehensive management of export documentation and planning activities related to shipments, specifically for the USA subsidiary of a chemical industry client. The candidate will be responsible for various operational tasks including maintaining MIS records, processing export orders in the ERP (SAP) system, and overseeing material planning for exports.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling both pre-shipment and post-shipment export documentation for the USA subsidiary.
- Maintaining and updating multiple MIS records pertaining to dispatch activities.
- Uploading necessary documentation into the system to facilitate approvals.
- Executing order processing using the SAP ERP system.
- Planning and coordinating material availability for export dispatches.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduation degree from a recognized university.
