Role Overview

Ritisha Enterprises is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of Ayyappa Dakshinam, a well-established South Indian restaurant in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years managing a 60-seat South Indian restaurant and must be adept at supervising a team exceeding 30 staff members. Additionally, hands-on knowledge of South Indian cooking is essential to ensure quality and maintain kitchen standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the entire restaurant staff, ensuring smooth daily functioning of the establishment.
• Oversee a staff strength of more than 30 employees to maintain service efficiency and staff discipline.
• Apply culinary knowledge to monitor and uphold food quality and consistency.
