Role Overview

We are hiring a friendly and highly organised Receptionist for our Nenagh office to serve as the vital first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members. This role ensures a professional and inviting front desk environment and supports administrative tasks contributing to the efficient operations of the office.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide a courteous and professional welcome to clients and visitors.
  • Handle and redirect incoming calls through a multi-line phone system.
  • Manage inbound and outbound mail, parcels, and deliveries.
  • Keep the reception area neat, orderly, and inviting.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients.
  • Organize and prepare meeting rooms.
  • Assist the team with various administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Respect and protect confidentiality of sensitive client information.
  • Monitor office supply levels and place orders as required.
  • Support client onboarding by providing welcome materials and collecting necessary documentation.
  • Assist in staff onboarding with preparation of welcome packs and document coordination.
  • Manage the office's anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
  • Help arrange and support in-office events.
  • Collaborate with broader functions such as finance, people, and marketing teams.
  • Maintain the partner’s calendar and track timesheets.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in reception, front-of-house, or similar administrative roles.
  • Strong organisational capabilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Comfortable managing diverse administrative tasks within a busy office setting.

Employment Details

This is a permanent, full-time position based on-site at our Nenagh office.
