Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Project Engineer to join the team working on the Frasers Shell Cove Precinct D2 Apartments project, a $100 million residential development featuring 88 premium apartments in a seven-story building with two basement parking levels, located in the flourishing Shell Cove area.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors and on-site work to ensure smooth project progress.
• Manage design coordination and address technical challenges with consultants and subcontractors.
• Assist in project scheduling and short-term planning activities.
• Oversee quality control, project timelines, and construction advancement.
• Support procurement processes and oversight of subcontract packages.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities during project execution.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possess a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working on commercial, residential, health, or education projects with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors.
• Demonstrated technical acumen and effective problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and consultants efficiently.
• Excellent communication abilities and stakeholder management expertise.
• Proactive mindset with a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
