Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify payroll data to ensure precise monthly salary processing for employees based in Saudi Arabia.
- Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks of payroll computations at every step of the payroll cycle.
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve related issues promptly and accurately.
- Make sure all payroll transactions comply with internal policies, relevant local laws, and standard procedures.
- Collaborate with external payroll service providers to facilitate the smooth execution of outsourced payroll operations.
- Work closely with HR teams, business units, and Finance to maintain seamless end-to-end payroll functions.
- Track payroll activities, notice discrepancies, and escalate complex problems to the Payroll Manager as necessary.
- Assist in payroll reporting, record keeping, and initiatives aimed at improving service quality and compliance adherence.
Position Requirements
- Preferably holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Possesses 2 to 3 years experience in payroll operations specifically within META region payroll administration; knowledge of European payroll is an advantage.
- Familiar with payroll functions including time management, leave and sick leave administration, employee registration, payroll tax handling, payment processing, and reporting.
- Experience using payroll platforms, tools, and data verification procedures.
- Background in internal payroll processes is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage employee payroll queries and resolve issues effectively.
- Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
