About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Optical Assistant to join our Daventry location. This role is perfect for compassionate individuals with prior experience in optical settings who are eager to deliver excellent customer service and grow professionally. As an Optical Assistant, you will be welcomed by a supportive team, including experienced Opticians and Technicians, and provided with professional training to advance your career within various business areas.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers confidently as they visit the store.
- Provide exceptional customer service in a busy environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service setting.
- Prior experience as an Optical Assistant or Dispensing Assistant is essential.

- Work 40 hours per week.
