Role Overview

Reporting to the General Manager, the Operations Manager will be central to the hotel's daily leadership, ensuring smooth operations across departments and upholding superior standards of guest service, operational efficiency, and financial outcomes. Collaborative efforts across departments will be essential to foster outstanding guest experiences, drive revenue growth, enhance operational quality, and support team development.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage daily hotel operations, upholding excellent standards across every division.
• Demonstrate visible leadership by coaching and supporting department heads, nurturing a guest-centric, high-performance culture while motivating teams to reach operational goals.
• Assist the General Manager in achieving strategic aims and financial targets; take full charge in their absence and ensure adequate Duty Management coverage is maintained.
• Collaborate closely with Sales & Events to guarantee accurate event briefings and seamless execution.
• Oversee all hotel areas daily to consistently maintain high quality, cleanliness, customer service, maintenance, security, and presentation standards.
• Track occupancy rates, ADR, and RevPAR alongside the Revenue and Sales teams and implement strategic yield management to enhance revenue and overall performance.
• Ensure accurate reservation and inventory management across systems to optimize revenue chances.
• Control labor costs, operational budgets, and expenditures aligned with business forecasts, particularly focusing on Food & Beverage and Front Office sectors.
• Encourage a culture embracing innovation, accountability, and continuous enhancement where new ideas are welcomed and applied.
• Maintain and regularly update quality assurance protocols, standard operating procedures, and hotel benchmarks to continuously meet guest expectations.

• Experience in a comparable operational management role.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven skills in managing budgets, staffing costs, and operational efficiency.
