Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Developer to join our expanding team located in Fleet Street, London, with hybrid working arrangements requiring presence 1 to 2 days per week. The offered salary ranges between £25,000 and £35,000, depending on experience. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of booking journeys for various clients within a fast-paced and rapidly scaling company.

Key Responsibilities

Customize and adjust website designs tailored to specific client needs.
Operate effectively within an agile framework, managing shifting priorities and multiple projects simultaneously.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, marketing, and client service teams.
Assist with migrating client websites onto the new booking journey platform.
Design and build new booking funnel journeys for clients.
Improve existing booking journeys by adding new features, layouts, and functionalities.
Facilitate and execute A/B testing aimed at enhancing user experience and conversion rates.
Stay informed about emerging technologies to leverage tools that improve development efficiency and quality.
Adopt a commercially aware approach to development, understanding conversion optimization and broader business goals.

Required Skills and Experience

Proficient CSS skills.
Competent knowledge of JavaScript.
Strong practical experience working with WordPress.
Effective troubleshooting, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to learn swiftly.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Tailwind CSS framework.
Familiarity with using Gutenberg blocks within WordPress.
Knowledge of website testing methods, analytics, or conversion rate optimization techniques.
