Role Overview
We are seeking a driven Junior Account Manager to take charge of our Singapore market operations. This role uniquely blends local business expansion with a global operational framework, serving as the vital conduit between Singaporean clients, our development team based in Vietnam, and the executive leadership at our Japan headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster and sustain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer retention levels.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the Singapore ERP software market to drive revenue growth.
- Arrange and conduct meetings to present product updates and collect client feedback.
- Collaborate closely with internal business analysts and functional consultants to design bespoke solutions for client needs.
- Handle quotation requests and provide support for business and grant proposals.
- Promote cross-selling and upselling of company offerings to existing customer accounts.
- Achieve account performance targets in alignment with management expectations.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in the internal CRM system for reporting purposes.
Qualifications and Eligibility
- Degree-level educational qualifications are preferred.
- Candidates with no prior work experience are welcome to apply.
- If candidates have prior experience, a minimum of 2 years in sales is required.
- Compensation will be aligned with the candidate's prior experience.
- A "farmer" mindset characterized by dedication to client service and relationship cultivation.
- Solid understanding of customer retention and account management principles.
- Patience and willingness to attentively listen to and incorporate customer feedback.
- Strong presentation, verbal communication, and writing skills are essential.
