Role and Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities across Canada through telephone prospecting, targeting businesses with provided leads.
  • Identify and engage potential clients by evaluating their needs to establish beneficial agreements.
  • Forge and nurture lasting relationships with key decision makers within client organizations.
  • Negotiate contract terms, prepare agreements, and conduct follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and contract completion.
  • Support newly acquired clients during their initial weeks post-sale to resolve any concerns efficiently.
  • Maintain an organized and effective CRM pipeline to optimize acquisition of new accounts and maximize sales efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum education requirement: completion of high school.
  • A highly driven, competitive attitude paired with a positive mindset focused on success.
  • Strong abilities in communication, active listening, and cultivating professional relationships.
  • Experience in cold calling with a track record of closing B2B sales.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite applications.
