Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and professional service directly to customers.
• Support all tasks within the Bakery Department effectively.
• Take charge of supervising bakery team members in the absence of the bakery manager.
• Encourage a positive and developmental work environment among employees.
• Fulfill customer bakery orders promptly and accurately.
• Manage the receiving process for bakery supplies.
• Engage in bakery production activities as required.
• Organize and merchandise the bakery products efficiently.
• Apply SMART retailing principles relevant to the Atlantic region.
• Uphold strict sanitation and cleanliness standards.
• Consistently follow and enforce company policies and quality standards.
• Complete necessary administrative tasks associated with the bakery operations.

Candidate Qualifications

• Capability to work independently in a fast-moving retail environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills higher than average.
• Demonstrated solid work ethic and ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Possession of a High School Diploma.
• A minimum of one year of relevant work experience in a similar setting.
