Position Overview

Join our hospitality team as a Housekeeping Order Taker, where you will contribute not only to the upkeep and cleanliness of our hotel but also to creating exceptional and warm experiences for every guest throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage requests from team members and guests by assigning tasks to the appropriate personnel and ensuring follow-up to meet both department and hotel standards.
• Oversee the Work Order System by accurately logging, tracking, distributing, and closing all service requests.
• Coordinate with the Floor Supervisor team to guarantee that vacant and ready rooms are accessible to the Front Office team.
• Respond promptly to emergency alarms, monitor alarm systems, and effectively dispatch skilled craftsmen to required locations while notifying relevant departments and security services.
• Control all office traffic and maintain a professional, courteous demeanor to uphold guest satisfaction.
• Uphold the brand’s high quality and service standards consistently.
• Maintain composure and perform critical functions calmly during emergency situations.
• Manage guest supplies by preparing requisitions, controlling inventory, and handling lost and found items.
