Guest Experience Expert

Position Overview

As a Guest Experience Expert, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and memorable experience to guests from arrival through departure at our Kigali location. Your responsibilities will include facilitating operational tasks, addressing guest inquiries and requests, generating reports, and providing local insights. This role requires proactive engagement to ensure every interaction enhances the guest's journey.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of services supporting guests throughout their visit.
• Handle operational needs and guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Complete necessary documentation and reports accurately.
• Share knowledge about local attractions and highlights with guests.
• Maintain adherence to company policies, including safety standards and confidentiality.
• Uphold professionalism through appropriate uniform, appearance, and communication.
• Remain physically active during shifts, including standing, walking, and handling objects up to 10 pounds.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work or supervisory experience required.
• No mandatory licenses or certifications needed.
