  • Work with Marketing Analytics on complex measurement strategies for multi-touch or intricate experiments.
  • Communicate findings regularly through reports, presentations, and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster widespread awareness and adoption of successful practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing CRM or marketing experiments spanning B2C and B2B markets.
  • Strong understanding of experimental design principles, statistical significance testing, sample sizing, and common challenges.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud to craft testable campaign variants.
  • Excellent ability to translate technical statistical findings into clear business advice for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Amplitude experimentation tools, along with project management and organizational platforms like Airtable and Asana, is advantageous.

Work Distribution

  • 40% focused on designing and running experiments.
  • 30% dedicated to analysis and insight generation.
