Role Overview

This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Freelance Recruiter with DEI Champion. The role centers on managing recruitment from start to finish for diverse candidate pools across multiple functions, seniority levels, and industries. The recruiter will work closely with client teams to understand hiring requirements, develop inclusive job descriptions, and apply DEI-aligned hiring practices throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

The position includes building and maintaining talent pipelines, identifying suitable candidates through sourcing channels, conducting preliminary interviews, and creating shortlists for client review. You will also coordinate interview schedules, keep candidates informed throughout the hiring cycle, collect and share feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience. In addition, the role requires using digital recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems, keeping records accurate and up to date, and contributing to employer branding efforts that reflect inclusive hiring values.

Qualifications

Applicants should have experience handling recruitment end to end, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for different roles and experience levels.
