TeamKids is a leading provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) across Australia, dedicated to inspiring, engaging, and entertaining children before and after school as well as during school holidays.
Position Overview
This full-time, permanent role offers a flexible work arrangement allowing administrative duties to be completed remotely between service hours. Support is provided through a dedicated Mentor and Regional Manager to ensure success in this leadership position based in Kanwal, NSW, within a well-established service environment.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday split shifts: 6:30am - 9:00am, 2:00pm - 6:00pm
- Additional 5.5 hours allocated for administrative work that can be scheduled flexibly, including working from home
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team to deliver a safe, enjoyable, and compliant program for children
- Create and implement engaging activities designed for primary school-aged children
- Supervise children during service hours and maintain strong connections with the school and local community
- Oversee all aspects of the childcare service ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a passion for educating and supporting children
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while maintaining enthusiasm and a fun attitude
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with children, parents, staff, and school leaders
- Strong problem-solving capability coupled with a proactive, positive approach
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and dedicated to creating enriching experiences for children
- Commitment to child safety, including completion of mandatory National Child Safety Training prior to employment
- Relevant Diploma qualification in early childhood education or equivalent, or actively working towards this as per ACECQA standards

Minimum education
