Job Overview
At Lidl Ireland, our mission spans from our Head Office to every store aisle—to deliver an outstanding shopping experience for all customers. We are looking for a Deputy Store Manager who leads by example and contributes significantly to store success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations efficiently
- Drive targets aligned with KPIs to ensure store performance
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store staff to achieve excellence
- Maintain an attractive and orderly shop floor presentation at all times
- Ensure stock levels meet customer demand consistently
- Deliver high-quality, consistent customer service throughout the store
Essential Requirements
- Completion of Leaving Certificate or equivalent educational qualification
- At least two years of management experience in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
- Possession of a valid full driving licence
- Enthusiasm for working in a varied, deadline-driven environment focused on target achievement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability for flexible shift work schedules
- Prior experience as an Assistant Store Manager preferred but not mandatory with the right mindset

- Transparent and competitive salary scale starting at €51,000 with an increase to €60,000 after three years
