Role Purpose

The Commercial Operations Manager will oversee commercial administration, customer service, vendor and freelancer management, and coordinate operational delivery to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day shared services operations.
• Coordinate business development efforts within the region.
• Develop budgets, prepare Board documentation, and generate KPI reports.
• Handle treasury and banking coordination tasks.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in collaboration with the Nominee Director.
• Assist the Executive Director in executing Board decisions.
• Manage service agreements spanning multiple companies.
• Administer contracts and manage proposal and quotation processes.
• Supervise vendor and freelancer relationships.
• Coordinate delivery processes and manage customer invoicing support.
• Oversee operational and MIS reporting, including publishing reports.
• Plan funds and project cash flows effectively.
• Coordinate, execute, and follow up on accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Facilitate audit processes.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial operations, business process outsourcing, or project coordination roles.
• Educational qualifications include CA Inter or MBA with a focus on Accounting.

Compensation

The offered salary ranges from 2000 to 2250 AED monthly.
