Role Purpose

The Commercial Operations Manager will oversee commercial administration, customer service, vendor and freelancer management, and coordinate operational delivery to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day shared services operations.
  • Coordinate business development efforts within the region.
  • Develop budgets, prepare Board documentation, and generate KPI reports.
  • Handle treasury and banking coordination tasks.
