About the Role
We are seeking a diligent Debt Recovery Executive to join our team at Lendkraft Technologies Solutions Private Limited, located in Spencer Plaza, Chennai. This is a full-time opportunity offering a base salary along with incentives, designed for candidates with experience in collections and a growth-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform calls to customers regarding EMI and payment follow-ups.
- Facilitate recovery of overdue payments efficiently.
- Engage with customers to negotiate repayments and obtain commitments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and update system details accordingly.
- Conduct field visits for pending accounts when necessary.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 1 to 4 years of experience in the collections or telecalling domain.
- Proficient in Tamil language for effective communication.
- Basic computer skills to manage records and updates.
- Demonstrate a strong target-driven approach and dedication.
