About the Role

We are seeking a diligent Debt Recovery Executive to join our team at Lendkraft Technologies Solutions Private Limited, located in Spencer Plaza, Chennai. Key Responsibilities

• Perform calls to customers regarding EMI and payment follow-ups.
• Facilitate recovery of overdue payments efficiently.
• Engage with customers to negotiate repayments and obtain commitments.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and update system details accordingly.
• Conduct field visits for pending accounts when necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 1 to 4 years of experience in the collections or telecalling domain.
• Proficient in Tamil language for effective communication.
• Basic computer skills to manage records and updates.
• Demonstrate a strong target-driven approach and dedication.
