Business Development Executive Officer

Overview

Astral Pipes, specializing in wood adhesive products, is seeking a Business Development Executive Officer based in Varanasi, India. This role focuses on expanding the business development team and fostering strong relationships with contractors, architects, and key retailers.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop the Business Development Incharge (BDI) team within your assigned territory.
• Assist BDIs in effectively managing contractor relationships and operations.
• Oversee enrolment of contractors and drive tertiary sales initiatives.
• Regularly visit market locations alongside the BDI team to ensure field support and guidance.
• Provide mentorship and direction to the BDI team for performance enhancement.
• Organize large-scale meetings and events within your geographical area to promote products and business growth.
• Establish dynamic quarterly relationships with architects, interior designers, key contractors, and select major retailers.
• Communicate and promote new product lines to contractors and distributors to enhance market penetration.

Eligibility

Candidates must possess a graduate degree to be considered for this position.

Compensation

The position offers a salary range between 300,000 and 500,000 INR annually.
