Role Overview
This fully remote B2B Sales position focuses on the hospitality industry. The role requires identifying and qualifying corporate prospects, proactive outreach, and establishing enduring business relationships with clients searching for customized travel solutions. Candidates should have demonstrable B2B sales experience and a robust network within the Filipino community in UAE and Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities include crafting proposals, presenting solutions, negotiating agreements, and finalizing sales. Daily responsibilities encompass coordination with operations and product departments to ensure alignment of client requirements with services, maintaining an up-to-date sales pipeline, and recording information in CRM systems. Additionally, the role demands post-sale client support, timely query responses, and representing Pana Travel at various professional gatherings and site visits when necessary.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication and customer service capabilities for engaging both corporate clientele and internal teams professionally.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within hospitality, travel, or allied sectors.
- Experience or enthusiasm for sales management and training to improve sales effectiveness and disseminate best practices.
- Strong ability to cultivate and sustain lasting business partnerships, adopting a consultative and solution-driven methodology.
- Interest or familiarity with the travel and hospitality domains, especially corporate events and incentive travel programs.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills considered advantageous.
- Capacity to operate remotely while managing time effectively and juggling multiple client engagements.
- Preferably holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields, or possesses equivalent practical experience.
Compensation and Terms
During the initial probation period, remuneration is commission-based. Upon successful completion of probation, the employee will be eligible for a fixed salary plus commissions based on sales performance.
