Role Overview

Supporting the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager will drive the overall performance and customer experience in a pet-centric retail environment. You will provide expert guidance on pet health, nutrition, and wellness, while coaching and inspiring your team to excel in delivering outstanding service. Building strong relationships with both customers and staff is essential to making a positive impact on pet owners and their companions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing store operations to meet sales targets and maintain superior store standards.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrates a hands-on leadership style with a genuine passion for animals and retail.
• Brings at least two years of experience in high-volume retail environments, including a minimum of one year in a supervisory or management role.
• Exhibits strong team leadership and engagement skills, coupled with patience and a dedication to staff development.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail and a focus on meeting key performance indicators.
