Job Overview
We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in Mumbai. Candidates with 1 to 4 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Graduates or diploma holders are preferred, but candidates with a 12th pass and relevant experience are also eligible.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily outlet operations while ensuring strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Lead, train, and motivate the outlet staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Provide outstanding customer service and address any customer issues promptly.
- Track sales metrics, encourage upselling, and strive to meet sales targets.
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, cash handling, and perform daily reconciliations.
- Maintain cleanliness, uphold food safety, hygiene standards, and comply with FSSAI regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continuous product availability and smooth operation flow.
- Generate daily operational reports and assist the Outlet Manager in reaching business objectives.
