Role Summary

The position involves overseeing sales activities across multiple dealerships, collaborating with various departments and external partners to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute strategic sales plans monthly, quarterly, and annually to boost area sales volume, tailored to local market demands and product categories.
• Supervise and improve dealership networks over 6 locations by developing and auditing retail processes and standards.
• Manage financial relationships with banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), and government agencies to facilitate financing and ensure zero overdue payments or non-performing assets.
• Optimize sales pipeline conversions by systematically reviewing inquiries, focusing on targeted regions, and monitoring competitors’ strategies.
• Assess and enhance the capabilities of dealer sales personnel through performance evaluations and targeted training interventions.
• Maintain dealers' financial stability by tracking their funds and onboarding new dealers that meet company requirements.
• Improve customer satisfaction by coordinating with service teams, field engineers, and exchange staff to ensure smooth operations.

Candidate Eligibility

Applicants must hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any specialization.
