Telecalling Executive

Overview

Backbone Financial Services is recruiting a proactive and target-driven Telecalling Executive to contribute to personal loan sales in the banking and financial services sector based in Madurai. The role demands initiating outbound calls to potential clients to promote personal loans, understanding their needs, and facilitating the sales process through effective lead conversion and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads specifically for personal loan products.
• Communicate clearly the features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and necessary documentation for personal loans.
• Identify client requirements and suggest appropriate loan options accordingly.
• Conduct follow-ups with potential clients to convert interest into formal applications.
• Collaborate closely with sales and processing units to ensure timely document collection and loan application processing.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups until the loan is approved and funds are disbursed to clients.
• Meet defined daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Keep thorough and up-to-date records of customers and leads in the system.
• Address basic customer inquiries professionally to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Adhere to company policies as well as applicable banking and financial regulatory guidelines.
