Telecaller

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team at Vivera Enterprises in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. This role involves engaging with customers via phone to drive sales and increase store visits.

Primary Duties

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Handle incoming calls from customers professionally.
• Provide detailed information about jewellery products and current offers.
• Schedule appointments for customers to visit the showroom.
• Conduct follow-ups with previous customers to boost engagement.
• Generate new leads to enhance store footfall.
• Maintain and update customer information using CRM software or Excel sheets.
• Consistently work towards achieving call quotas and sales targets.
• Collaborate closely with the showroom team to ensure smooth customer interaction.

The role requires strong communication and coordination skills to effectively manage customer interactions and support showroom sales.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from 17000 to 22000 INR per month.
