Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team at Vivera Enterprises in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. This role involves engaging with customers via phone to drive sales and increase store visits.
Primary Duties
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle incoming calls from customers professionally.
- Provide detailed information about jewellery products and current offers.
- Schedule appointments for customers to visit the showroom.
- Conduct follow-ups with previous customers to boost engagement.
- Generate new leads to enhance store footfall.
- Maintain and update customer information using CRM software or Excel sheets.
- Consistently work towards achieving call quotas and sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with the showroom team to ensure smooth customer interaction.

Compensation
The salary for this position ranges from 17000 to 22000 INR per month.
