Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned ServiceNow Solution Architect to be a part of our delivery pod. This pivotal leadership position involves setting the technical direction for projects, ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices in all configurations and enhancements, and leading a skilled development team through intricate, tailored enterprise settings.

Key Responsibilities

Establish solution architecture, technical standards, and governance frameworks for the ServiceNow platform.
Acquire in-depth understanding of current platform customizations, integrations, and architectural choices during the onboarding phase.
Engage directly with business stakeholders to recommend enhancements and convert business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Guarantee that all team-created configurations, scripts, and integrations comply with ServiceNow best practices and the established architecture.
Provide technical leadership and oversight to Lead and Senior Application Developers.
Develop and maintain detailed technical content within Agile user stories to steer development activities.
Collaborate with internal platform owners and architects to ensure integration compatibility with existing systems.
Promote the use of AI-driven development tools including Now Assist and Predictive Intelligence.
Assist in defining team working agreements, change control procedures, and technical handoff standards.
Lead technical aspects in sprint meetings and contribute to performance tracking frameworks like story points and throughput.

Candidate Profile

At least 12 years of experience in enterprise IT with a minimum of 7 years as a ServiceNow architect or senior technical lead.
Demonstrated expertise in designing complex ServiceNow solutions across ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform governance, standard configuration practices, and technical documentation.
Experience in integrating ServiceNow with external platforms using custom REST APIs.
Proficient in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging enterprise clients confidently.
Familiar with ServiceNow AI tools such as Now Assist and Predictive Intelligence.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience within heavily regulated sectors such as healthcare or medical devices.
Familiarity with the Customer Service Management (CSM) module for potential future projects.
Experience working in hybrid Agile projects combining Jira and ServiceNow.
Micro-certifications or badges related to ServiceNow AI and Now Assist features.

Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for ITSM
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – CSM is advantageous
Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – advantageous
