Job description
Position Overview and Requirements
This role is situated onsite in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium, and focuses on supporting service management and operational activities within a PaaS environment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in service management, operations, PMO support, or similar coordination functions, along with excellent documentation capabilities and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities and Expertise
- Manage service operations support activities and provide PMO coordination where necessary.
- Create and maintain precise technical documents and operational records.
- Monitor and control budgetary expenditures and allocate resources effectively.
- Implement IT Service Management practices, mainly focusing on Change Management and handling Change Requests.
- Develop technical procedures, operational standards, and knowledge base articles supporting service governance and compliance.
Technical Know-How
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ITSM and project management platforms like ServiceNow, Jira, or Azure DevOps is considered beneficial.
- Understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices in service management.
- Background in infrastructure, cloud, or managed services settings.

- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks while ensuring high-quality documentation and record-keeping.
